Law graduates enrolled with Bar Council and qualified AIBE exam having experience in the field of litigation and good skills of drafting and defending, pursuing Banking Matters, Civil matters, Arbitration Matters, Service matters, Property matters, Constitution Matters, IPR matters, Revenue matters & Criminal matters before Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal, DRAT, Forums and sub-ordinate Courts, Tribunals. Applicant should also have exposure and experience of legal documentation work related to Due Diligence, Legal Audit, Legal opinion, Title Search Report, agreements, and other documentation work etc.
